My Fucshia Flip-Flops

Inspired by a scene in the PBS Frontline documentary “The Lost American” describing disaster relief specialist Fred Cuny’s participation as a pilot in relief efforts to Biafra in the 1969 Nigerian Civil War, Gaizse Music composed, recorded, and mixed “My Fucshia Flip-Flops” in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, during autumn 1997.  Unavailable as a stand alone work, until now, this song was originally intended to be part of a much larger sound piece “My Fucshia Flip-Flops://Ballad of Flapcast,” originally released in 1998 on the My Fucshia Flip-Flops Single and which will appear on Gaizse Music’s forthcoming release, Tales of The Banished & Elite.  “My Fucshia Flip-Flops” includes guitar and sampling by Kerry d’Noit and vocals and sampling by Liam d’Noit.
